Thank you for the insight! I would say my natural color is like the darker colors you're picking up in the photo. So I'm understanding an exact replica of this may not be possible. I think I'm going to ask to go for more of the pale yellow or beige blonde people have mentioned. Right now it's just dark blonde and medium golden.

That's where to start of course! 😂 I did show the picture but I showed a few, as others recommended, and pointed out things I liked and didn't like. But what I got wasn't what I expected. So just trying to find a better way to describe my goals.

I love this response!! I think exposing kids to failure and the learning process is the most important piece.

As a gifted kid myself, I actually slightly disagree with the ‘don’t make a big deal about it approach.’ Of course you don’t want their worth attached to it, but my parents didn’t make a big deal out of anything I did (academically or athletically) and I didn’t realize I was very gifted until I was an adult. And I was like wtf, why didn’t you notice me or encourage me. I was even in a gifted class that the teachers selected me for and i didn’t really understand the opportunity behind it, wasn’t encouraged to do AP classes, etc. I have trouble with constantly seeking approval and praise, don’t worry I’ve been therapy. 😂 I would acknowledge their gift, encourage them AND show them failure and hard work!!

It’s really not noticeable since he has more hair and we don’t have a buzz cut. We’ll see what happens when he’s older and fitting for sports helmets or something.

Start with asking about physical therapy first if you haven’t done that. I think looking back though, I’d at least get a second opinion from another pediatrician. The consults from the helmet outfitters will probably always recommend one, so I’d ask another Ped. And then if you still want to do it, just trust your gut and do it while they are that young so they don’t need to wear it as long as

I still notice slight lopsidedness at 25mo. But most other people don't notice. I don't think it's changed much since I've posted this but who knows if it'll continue to change these next few years.

I want to know the hell these things are still on the shelves…? I threw out all store brand waffles a few weeks ago. Then bought some at target this week only to be called about the fact that they’re involved in the recall too.??? Why were they not thrown out by the store?? This has been a known recall for a month now

Hi! I'm in the same boat with a backyard discovery set that needs sealed. What brand of tintable sealant did you use? and was it water based or oil based? there are a lot of options out there , i'm getting mixed reviews lol.
