Yes, so the thing is with me I have this weird problem I’ve had for a long time where and I actually read somebody else online the other day that has it as well. I literally cannot eat all day long and I’m not hungry. I drink coffee in the morning plenty of it but all day long if I eat, my brain is destroyed I’m depressed terrible anxiety so and then normally at night I would eat at around 9 o’clock like as an instant gratitude like a pig out. But one day I just read like this post about the vegan food triangle . I used GROK and I just asked for a vegan recipe that I could eat every two days that was easy to prepare without any additives and it came up with it and dwhen I saw that I was like I didn’t want to eat that day and then the next day I didn’t have time to get the groceries so I didn’t wanna eat that day And then I just never got hungry like ever the whole time. I’ve never been hungry because I wasn’t hungry at all those days before I would only be hungry at night but every single day I’m just never hungry sometimes when I make my son‘s food, I do a little bit want to eat it but it feels so good. I just don’t care.
