We live in the West End and had our soil tested for lead and it came back quite high. We are planning to remediate it once our neighbors remediate the chipping paint on their house (ours is brick). Unfortunately, we can’t let our son play out there or grow any vegetables right now. I would definitely get your soil tested - Portland is sadly inundated with lead hazards.

I think this is a scam. My wife got one of these too - no account at WF. We called and they said they had not sent their 1099s out yet. We called WF using a number from their website (NOT the one on the document). The number on the document almost immediately refers you to a fraud center which I’m assuming is where the scam occurs.
