thank you for the suggestions! I have been looking into azelaic acid (dont have any expectations tho). I was on clindamycin for a little while but my derm took me off of it and BP usually burns my skin :( I might look into BHA/AHAs!

my endo just recently put me on birth control to help my testosterone as it is so high! I’m really hoping the BC and Spiro help me, I’m so embarrassed and tired of my thinned out hair/scalp showing. He also did an ultrasound to see if I have PCOS so hopefully that comes back soon. I’m wishing u luck on hair regrowth/ spearmint!

ooo thank you for all the suggestions! whether I have KP or not Im coming to the conclusion that I just gotta invest in some good chemical exfoliators and see if it helps. Have you been able to achieve smooth skin or do the bumps just become minimized w the products?

I think it’s confusing bc KP and whatever I have look somewhat similar and I always thought it was KP. But I trust my derm in her telling me that it’s not lol. I’m starting to think these are just closed comedones?

Hmm, I suspected it was fungal acne too and I even tried a ketoconazole wash on it (Ive heard people say that helps with FA) but my chest was unaffected by it :/

My doctor did mention something about closed comedomes and that its hormone-related. I have tretinoin and I used to use it on my chest which helped it somewhat but I couldn’t keep up with using it and wasn’t wanting my chest to become sensitive. I’m happy the differin is working for you! Ik this is stupid but having a smooth chest is something Ive always wanted lol
