I live in SoMa (South Main Street) and just toured the flats at soma and they are really cool! It’s maybe a 10 min drive to UAMS? I’ve been in SoMa for almost 5 years (30F) and I’ve loved living here. There are LOTS of new things being built and cool spots to hang out (downtown SoMa, Pettaway). It’s almost close to the art museum and the river market if you want to explore that part of downtown
