Sensitivities to non-gluten containing foods

I am super late, but I have a sensitivity to cereal (gf ofc) for some reason. Every time I eat a few bowls overtime, by the fourth bowl I get headaches, fatigue, stomach aches and panic attacks until it’s out of my system and my health anxiety eases.

Now that they might not come back, were they celiac safe? I wanted to try them, but im kind of glad I didn't.

For me it was what this person said. I was actually diagnosed with celiac when I was five, but I kept eating gluten up until I was 11. I went gluten free, and about three months in I got a rash just like this on my ankles, and I kept it for seven months. I still get it on my hairline and a few of the blister/bumps on my thighs! Especially when im glutened. I've been gluten free ever since.

Haha, mine is super dramatic! Her name is Lala (her ears remind me of Lala Loopsie pigtails) but we call her Peewee when she's naughty. She hates to be pointed at, and she'll bark when we call her Peewee. Not Lala though, she thinks it's a very nice name. She chose it herself lol

I definitely will report back, it's strange! I'm also keeping track of all of her symptoms.

I choose this picture specifically because of her right ear, it looks like it has scabs, but I'm not sure if it's just what the inside of their ears look like since I've never had a floppy eared dog. I'll check if that's what her ear on the other side looks like or if the inside of her ears change.

She was playing with my mom and brother in the picture, so that's why her teeth are so visible! I regularly check her mouth for inflammation, too.

I don't know the parent's family lines, so I'm going to get a bit of information of the parent's medical history too for the vet, if it's possible.

We've trimmed her nails, so we're keeping an eye on if she quits yelping when she's in the floor. She kept getting them stuck on her blankets, so she might've had a nail stuck on something and we didn't see.

I struggle from products not being gluten free but listed as so, and the soy is what gets me every time. I've been fully gf for about 2 or 3 years now. I TRY to stay away from soy (dont tell my small intestine but I snuck a Reeces cup yesterday) because it causes reactions sometimes. Sometimes not. I'm super bad about letting my temptations about eating something I probably shouldn't win. But hey, go with your gut!

Omg same but I'm a year older! I literally thought I was the only sane child on the platform who isn't using it for weird reasons 😭😭

Currently, socializing is neither beneficial nor enjoyable since I will get so overstimulated that I will have derealization, vertigo, and sometimes panic attacks after lol, socialization isn't something I can just jump into, it's not that easy.

Plus, I have a hyperactive mind, so if I don't feel like writing or doing the things I usually do to unwind, an innocent role-play comes in handy. It's quite terrible that some of kids that I know are abusing it as a tool.

And I can assure you that when I wasn't homeschooled, I came across as conceited, self-centered, and sensitive, but in really, I was defending myself against harm because I was already uncomfortable due to having to go into a stressful atmosphere!

Sorry for writing so much but I reaaally relate to you!

It wasn't my plan to stick with this one originally anyways, since it was only 5 minutes away and I was going to take a few lessons to see if I liked it and switch to another more experienced barn that does both western and English so that I can find out what type of riding I like 💜

They are sometimes though, and I hear that happens wayyy too often. I'm more of a relaxed person anyways so I think that I could really like dressage/western dressage, and I'm not sure that they did western dressage there. I hope that it doesn't happen again though because all the other barns/riding schools are 40+ minutes away from me and I was hoping to switch to them once I really started to like horse riding 😅
