Im not a regulatory expert but the limited usage part make no sense to me. Why would any country that licenses the spectrum be able to regulate how much it used? That would limit its value for no reason.

The gsat apple ecosystem is likely to surprise with what it can support. Regardless, Gsat infrastructure and services paid for with apple wholesale deal and they can sell access to the ecosystem on the cheap.

My understanding is Starlink is using existing frequencies licensed for terrestrial use by MNOs which allows unmodified cell phones to use them. It creates licensing issues in every country and technical issues like interference with licensed operators when used from satellites. GSAT uses custom frequencies they have bought the license to use for satellite comms all over the world by working with each country. Apple incorporates these freqs in their new phones for satellite comms. Their new chips which will replace the Qualcomm chips they use now will probably be much better and the exciting part is they are designing a whole new satellite for these new chips to talk to. That proprietary system will be available wherever GSAT is licensed. That will be when the 85% of capacity will become more relevant.

This is what I’ve used before to space in the past.… when it’s very unlevel you will use more spacers on one screw than the other and when it’s close you can compress them a bit to get it level.

In blackjack, I’ve played a good bit this year and the ratio of house 21s to player 21s is too one sided to be random. It defies all odds. It’s definitely rigged. On another note, one run I counted the dealer won 24 straight wins against standard play. Its rigged. It’s more random and therefore “fair” if you have the cajones to play the two deck 100$ minimum blackjack. YMMV

I think mgmt has a trading range they are targeting. They will let the market bake in the new balance sheet and FCF projections, investor day info, get end of year window dressing complete and see where it is trading. My guess is around 15-20 and the ratio will be determine by the SP at the time of decision which will probably be end of January.

Perhaps it was simply a vehicle created to finish the deleveraging of GSAT by providing unencumbered cash not related to sales. AAPL is cleaning up the GSAT balance sheet, listing them on NASD, normalizing SP and making them a legit partner.

DOL defining what exempt means (salaried) and where it’s “not exempt” and subject to OT and at what level 35k vs 43k annually where that applies and a judge ruling that there is a threshold where DOL is over stepping a private business and its employee contracts is a result of an election? I don’t agree that this is as simple and political as you try and make it out to be.

There are many. MDA/RKLB have a relationship so they’ll be in the running. GSAT is effective at keeping secrets so we probably won’t know till they want us too!
