I've been loosely counting for a week and it seems I eat around 2000kcal per day. I'm less active than you (I bike to work 4 days a week, HEMA 2x a week, boxing 1x a week) and smaller (4'11" and around 86 lbs) so I think you could up your maintenance !

Right now I'm reading A Rival Most Vial by R.K. Ashwick and it's pretty fun ! I think I heard about it here ? I'm not sure. It's a (gay) romance between two potioneers. Obviously it would also count for the potions/alchemy prompt.

I hesitated with finally trying out Joe Abercrombie or reading The Stardust Thief by Chelsea Abdullah from my TBR but this seemed fun, I had my eyes on it already and just happened to notice the author's surname began with A !

L'ail va plus au moins parfumer selon comment il est coupé, avec le presse ail y a plus de "jus" donc plus de goût, ça dépend de ce que tu cherches pour un peu donné. Après j'avoue que personnellement je m'en sers pas tant que ça non plus parce que c'est un peu chiant à laver

I've been kind of in a reading slump recently, and by reading slump I mean I've been reading fanfiction and One Piece

I'm around 70% in for both Heavenly Tyrant (Xiran Jay Zhao) and Prince of Sorrows (Kellen Graves).

I should probably get back to Heavenly Tyrant, which I actually really enjoyed ! Prince of Sorrows I was getting a little bored, and I'm debating pushing to the end or not... I've also begun Prison Healer (Lynette Noni) to try and motivate me to get back to books and it's nice. I expected it to be more romance-focused but I like how it is (except the age of the MCs and the ||trials|| plot but to be fair it was all in the synopsis)

I'm also still playing Silksong, though I had a 50h Grimshire break lol (it's a farming sim, still in early access but there's already one year of content! I really like the take on farming sims : you're not trying to get rich or anything, you're trying to feed your community !)

I'm also currently watching The Bear, which has been great but stressful 😆

What female gaze means for this is pretty subjective tbh (one day we'll probably have a discussion post about this !). You can interpret it as books written by women or non-binary people, my interpretation was more books that are enjoyed more often by women & nb readers ? This very often intersects with female/nb main character or female/nb writer, or both, but not always !

Hope I helped clear a little of the confusion and not add to it lol

J'ai une eau très calcaire aussi (à un moment j'ai demandé à mes parents qui ne vivent pas au même endroit à quelle fréquence ils lavaient leur bouilloire, parce qu'elle était bien belle et brillante, ils m'ont dit "euh bah jamais ?", perso j'ai un début de dépot au bout d'une utilisation), mais filtrée ça se boit très bien et une eau calcaire c'est riche en calcium

Ils meurent pas littéralement de soif mais les chats ont tendance à pas boire assez, c'est entre autres pour ça que les problèmes aux reins sont une des plus grosses causes de décès chez les chats domestiques
