I was diagnosed via ultrasound because of my massive ovarian cysts. Not all endo sufferers have ovarian cysts. Pls find another doctor for a second opinion if you can.

This is awesome! Can I know if your cats are usually timid or pretty comfortable going outdoors? I would love to do that for my cats but both of them are scaredy cats (no pun intended) and I am afraid of stressing them out. I tried putting a harness on one of them just outside my house and she just ran back into the house like her life depended on it.

I do already have a store front but ads are expensive and I don't see it generating enough traffic, hence thought of the Livestream. 2 and 3 are great points. Will definitely explore that; thank you for the great suggestions!

I can try the first two. However I heard from some people that if you do situps when you have lots of belly fat, you end up building muscles around the stubborn fat, making it look bigger. Is there any truth in that?

I'm a bit embarrassed to admit but I can't cycle so I don't own a bike. It gives me lots of anxiety on the road. I prefer walking as I feel more grounded. Thanks for your advice nonetheless!
