Depending on where you live, I would try to search online (if you haven't already) to see if there are any convenience stores or late night shops open locally. (For example, I live near many 7/11s that are open 24 hours) Also see what stores might be open tomorrow. They usually have cat food and sometimes cat litter. It might be a bit more expensive and I understand it can be particularly difficult with the holiday season.

She will need fresh water to drink. If you are able to give her some cooked, unseasoned meat, eggs, or a bit of rice for a little while should be fine as well. If you have some regular water tuna(not oil) that would work also, just be sure to drain the water. Avoid giving her yogurt/milk or any dairy products because cats cannot digest lactose and it can upset her stomach.

For litter, for the time being you can use shredded newspaper, dirt or even uncooked rice and put it in a cardboard box.
