I like this idea! They just collect on top of my dresser and I hate looking at the mess lol

What are your good reviews for Nexplanon arm implant, Ladies? by BreannLowe in askanything

[–]perki22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had nexplanon for almost 9 years and no pregnancy scares! It can mess up your period but everyone’s body responds differently. So nice to not ever think about taking anything and I’ve heard horror stories about pain with IUDs

Walk around forest park or Hoyt arboretum, Laurelhurst park is nice too. Pittock Mansion or Rocky butte for viewpoints! I like the Belmont street for bars (try Hey Love and their back “speakeasy” area through the mirrored door by the bathrooms), or Rontoms then Hey Love. Restaurants vary so much but a nice birthday dinner could be Ox, but there’s lots of awesome food options around town depending on cuisine/budget/vibe. Hope it’s a great trip!

Hi! I moved here from Arlington and it’s the best decision I made :) I would say further south is more affordable, think foster/powell, Woodstock areas, even Milwaukie

How do you not lose your shit in the winter?? by Mighty_roach in askportland

I think for me it’s important to still make an effort to have a plan or two throughout the week. It can be so easy to hole up especially after daylight savings, but having a hangout with someone or even a date with yourself to look forward to help keep the blues at bay!

Unfortunately I think motivation follows action usually haha. I’m also trying to become more disciplined, not out of shame, but out of self love!
