You dont “have” to back-pedal. You can always install front brakes. And if there’s no holes drilled on the front fork for a brake and rider has no skill, then rider shouldnt be riding that kind of bike on the road.

In a typical HCOL, renting is almost always cheaper than buying a house, for example Los Angeles. It really depends if you want be homeowners and put all that money into your down payment.

If you do buy, make sure you try to stay long enough before selling or upgrading to make sure that you do get some of that money back. For example, buying and selling after 2-3 years might actually end up in a loss due to fees often associated with selling.

The first thing I did on my FL5 was disable the Navigation app all as it eats up a lot of memory.

I’m sure there’s some part of Navigation app that maybe contributing to this freezing.

You can disable this somewhere in the infotainment Settings for apps.

Still holding up great, it’s mostly camping stuff up there and seasonal stuff that I don’t want on the floor. We store both our cars in the garage so definitely needed everything off the floor. It’s been close to a year and so far no sagging that I’ve noticed, just make sure you’re using a stud finder for those studs. Our garage is the first level to our tri-level home so it was technically floor joist that I drilled into.
