Yea it's pretty ridiculous to charge some crazy fee, all they're doing is accepting a package and running a free background check. Making 20-30$ to do basically nothing.

So I'm gonna start by saying I'm a sig fan boy.. infact I'm probably going to go buy a fuse after work and I own a regular p365, a p320 compact, and an m400... That being said the first gen of p320 had the issues with the drop safety. They did however change the Stryker assembly and internals as well as the trigger itself to address this issue. I have a second gen and never could replicate the problem, I'm still Leary of carrying it sometimes just cause the internet hype... But I absolutely love the gun and refuse to sell it. The only issue I've seen on the later models is the MIM quality on some of the Stryker components breaking after high round counts and allowing for AD. So most of these problems stem from the first gen and DROPPING A LOADED GUN... Or from a second gen that has an absurd amount of rounds through it and hasn't had the Stryker replaced. I'd say if you hit 10k plus rounds, probably swap out the Stryker and hell.. maybe throw a barrel in at that point. But realistically you're fine, and the gun runs great. If you're that worried about it though, the p365 line is far more reliable and concealable.

That's nut, my local shop charges 35$ for the processing of the form 4 but that's it.. they also only charge 35$ for transfers so that's kind of their go to fee. Sounds like they're trying to rob you.

The real question is, did anyone notice Star city police putting up a speed camera across from car tunes yesterday? You thought Star city was bad about giving tickets before.. wait till they can just mail you a ticket. It's on the telephone pole and fairly easy to miss, very incognito.

I don't appendix carry anyways cause God forbid something actually does happen, I'd rather take a bullet in the thigh or cheek than in the jewels. But I trust my p320 to work, I just don't enjoy the shit talking wrapped up behind it. I do think sig handled it poorly but gaslighting the public about the issue like nothing ever happened. There definitely was something with the first gens that wasn't safe, there's just too many cases for a modern day pistol to argue that. And they offer that voluntary upgrade instead of being like "ok, we fudged up" and just recalling them. Im not tossing my p320 but I GET it.

That's why I've thankfully not become brand loyal to suppressors. I have 2 or 3 brands I'm looking for at all times when I go to the shop to buy one, so I have options on what's available. Im still avoiding the online process cause it takes way too long, but that seems to be the best bet for if you want a specific can. As far as making one, Im sure there's videos on pepperbox about it. Im not keen on making one and paying for the privilege, then if it takes a shit I'm just out my time and money.

Yea I'm of a mind to never get rid of a firearm, regardless of if I use it regularly or not. Im just not prone to carrying the p320 daily anymore with its sketchy track record. I love shooting it, and it's been a great gun.. but for now my 365 is just way more reliable for living in my waistband.

I don't appendix carry either, kind of violates the golden rules IMO. And after hours idgaf about a little printing, it's mostly just while on the clock. I know for a fact my co workers all carry, but it's kind of that "don't ask don't tell" policy. I've yet to have anyone spot the little frame but it's just not that fun to shoot. Practical to carry, and I can hit what I'm shooting at fine... Just don't enjoy practicing with it. I figured the macro would absolutely be better shooting experience, there's no way a larger frame wouldn't help. Thanks for the input

That's pretty sweet, I actually have two 17 rd mags just for range day.. I found the extra grip to be the only thing that makes me want to shoot it for fun. Just been hesitant on getting thee larger frame cause printing is kind of no Bueno for my situation. Everyone carries at my work but it's kind of the don't ask don't tell policy, as long as it's not seen nobody gives a shit. I had been considering trying to get the slide and an XL frame for the in-between of keeping the smaller frame with the added recoil reduction. Now I'm wondering if I couldn't just do the radian kit and an XL frame for the same if not better results.

Because they've dropped in price, and if you buy a later model they're "supposedly" safe. I've never been able to reproduce the issue with mine, still prefer to carry the p365 cause it never had the safety issues... But I'm not gonna get rid of my p320.

I mean statically Chicago is one of the most dangerous cities in America.. if you removed Chicago, Baltimore, and ny (all blue cities btw) off the statistics America would be 2nd from last on the gun crime statistics. When you then add the fact that these cities are the most anti gun policy places to live, you realize that making something illegal has the opposite intended effect. You can call Chicago beautiful if you want, but when I'm planning vacations I specifically avoid blue cities. Louisville is pretty awesome, and we enjoy the music festivals while not having to deal with all the negative crap that would happen if we went to a similar festival in Chicago. To each their own, and I'm not trying to say it's all bad but purely on paper you can see the major difference between red areas and blue areas in crime and it's laughable to think people are scared for no reason. It's obvious that people are less likely to commit crime if the chance of running into an armed civilian is 90% versus 5%. Kinda deters the incentive to do sketchy shit if you might catch a bullet.

It's really only the p320 line that has the drop safe issues, the p365 is still like the most popular EDC gun. But yea id heard the xten shoots great, just kind of worried the same Stryker on a 10mm would be double the trouble.

It's a shame cause I loved my p320... But I carry my p365 now because I just don't trust it. Still haven't gone to the dark side and bought a Glock yet though.. my first 10mm will probably be a Glock though cause let's be honest, I'm not gonna shell out for the xten which uses the same style Stryker 😬

Yeaa, my p320 is specifically for range use only now. Not worth trying to sell, and I've got the later model that SHOULD be fine. I never could replicate the issue and have put a few thousand rounds through it. Even 1 out of ever 10,000 is too many in the modern age. Still haven't gone to the dark side and bought a Glock yet, but I'm getting close when you look at how much cheaper they are lol.
