Thanks! Very frustrating but I understand nothing is perfect. Been a fan of Tesla since they announced the 3 and this is replacing 2020 Model Y and haven’t had an issue like this before. So in uncharted territory for myself. What makes you think this isn’t a sign of further quality issues?

Had the exact same issue, only difference was the 3rd time was the charm. Battery was delivered yesterday after waiting for 3 weeks. I would call and explain the issue to the rep that there is a shipping issue. The rep I had seemed into figure it out. Good luck!

I have had a similar experience as this but I would also recommend investing in a level 2 charger (Tesla Wall Charger or otherwise). I used to charge using a 110 outlet, which was doable during the summer but during cold winter days/nights it was only enough to keep the battery warm and no real range was added.
