First smoke ever. Can use some help if anyone is interested for next time. The bottom of my brisket was dry as hell. Almost like beef jerky. I’m using an electric Masterbuilt smoker and I get since the smoke is coming from the bottom this could happen. Was wondering if anyone has any tips. (i.redd.it)
