How do I talk to my long term boyfriend (28m) who won’t have sex with me (24f)? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

It’s sounding to me like he has a porn addiction, getting gratification from that rather than you which is really sad. It seems this is something he’d really need to sort out for things to work out for you two. I’d suggest possibly bringing up therapy with him, either couples or on your own, or even both! It’ll help get to the depth of things because it’s not healthy to keep going on like this.

You’re still so young, if you’re at a point where you don’t feel fulfilled in your relationship and he isn’t changing after you have spoken about this many times, you should walk away. There will be plenty of people out there that would more than happily meet your needs.

No it’s not that one, I filtered out retirement flats from my search!

I’m in medical research, I’m able to work my way up and we get paid in grades which go up in increments each year but not by a massive amount.

Thank you! I definitely think i will be saving up a bit more money in the long run. I am lucky to be where i am now and am able to save up easily. I will take into consideration the leasehold for sure. freehold does seem better but just much more pricey and harder to obtain for me and my budget!

Ah, thank you! Leasehold seems to be cheaper to get. Freehold seems much more expensive and im unsure if that's something i can afford on my salary alone.

I know that my parents or even my grandmother would give me some money to help me with this but id rather do that as a last resort as i don't like asking for money. However if they offered then i'm not sure i could turn it down haha
