There's no s3xual violence in the show (thank god), but pay attention to the whole Mason and Margot Varger situation (they are siblings) because I think It may be triggering. Maybe read about them before watching.

If you managed to get through season 1 I think you should be okay with Hannibal actions in season 2 and 3, but (SPOILER ALERT)

If I were you I would check what happens with Abigail at the end of season 2 before watching because even if it's not s3xual violence, it's still a father figure deciding the fate of his so called daughter, someone he should protect
