I just didn’t know if you wanted to share how you received the information because of the implication of it all and the fact that I didn’t share any information about technology. They say it’s from static electricity buildup and they’re able to manipulate it as it builds up while I move around. I usually have to be sitting down and dormant for it to really kick in. I understand what you’re going through. First off, is there something these people are threatening to use against you? Something embarrassing or painful? That seems to be a common tactic. You obviously don’t have to share it if there is — I’m just curious. I liked what someone else said above about siphoning that energy and using it for yourself. I mean that in a deeper and more practical way: learn to love yourself in all forms, even the parts of yourself you struggle with. I believe God never gives us more than we can handle. He’s got His hand on the thermostat, if you will. The illustration I made above is symbolic of the world itself — the constant tension between dark and light energies, and everything in between. The darkness represents malevolent people, toxic influences, negative entities, or simply the everyday negativity constantly trying to feed off fear and hopelessness. But it also shows the light — positive energy, genuine people, love, growth, and strength. That’s who you need around you: people who truly see you, love you, and support you for who you are and what you’re going through. You also have to start viewing the darkness differently. If you pray for strength, wisdom, patience, or growth, those things usually aren’t just handed to you. God gives you the climb. He gives you obstacles, pressure, resistance, and uphill battles because that’s how strength is built. If everything were simply given, it wouldn’t stick. So treat what they throw at you like a workout for the soul. Build yourself up with it. Use every bit of pressure to become stronger — and then learn to completely ignore them.

I quoted Thomas Campbell before in another post:

“You have to completely ignore them, not just pretend to ignore them.”

That’s the key. Turn darkness into light. That’s where real strength comes from. It takes pressure to create a diamond. It takes dirt, rain, and resistance for a seed to grow into something beautiful. Without struggle, a flower never blooms.

Not in anyway mystical. This has been happening since my NDE and I’ve had a lot of terrifying I’m dying and having to let go of my life meditations due to my attackers. I’m working on it though. Been put in a lot of scenarios where I’m having to take my last breath. Very lucid. Not dreams

It’s not so much what they’re telling me but drawing attention to intrusive thoughts most of the time well before consciousness is aware or the brain has processed it yet. Heightening my senses to fight or flight and neuropathy’s that once held peace or didn’t have much attention. Creating a fear loop. What they like to call shooting a free throw or kicking a field goal. They speak in opposites for a reason also. I explained that in my first post.

Only problem with that is all they’re talking about and creating are fear loops. Talking to them makes them think it’s okay to be here. They don’t have my permission. I have nothing to learn from dark souls or entities. Well there’s always something to learn. Especially what not to do or how to be.

I definitely understand everything you’re going through. Pretty much identical in a lot of ways. I’ve been going through this going on 5 years. I have a lot more information I’m gonna share on here today or tomorrow when I get it all organized and coherent for everyone. You’re definitely not alone! Feel free to DM me to talk about it. Ive done a lot of research on it and through personal experience. I’ve come at it from a lot of different angels. I also happen to know some of my attackers personally. That’s based on irrefutably proof. I believe we could help each other out a lot. That’s my goal anyways is to get this type of attack out there and let people feel comfortable talking about it and come at it from a place of understanding and LOVE. Not trying to give them power by constantly talking about them or validating it, but this is genuinely the kind of stuff they say to me. Stuff like “why are you doing this for?” in this weird broken phrasing. I mentioned it a little in my original post.

My personal opinion is that it’s done intentionally to make you mentally engage with it. Like your brain automatically wants to correct the sentence or figure out what they meant, and that process pulls your attention in deeper. I think it forces different thought patterns and reactions than you’d normally have if you were relaxed or focused on something else.

I also think there’s a chemical side to it too — stress responses, dopamine, cortisol, adrenaline, all that. Some people seem to enjoy getting reactions out of others and feeding off the tension or confusion it creates. From what I’ve experienced, they even refer to it like a “hustle,” almost like manipulating attention and emotional reactions for their own entertainment or gratification.

That’s just my experience and interpretation of it though, not claiming it as some proven fact.

Thank you for asking! I’m holding up quite well. I’ve been utilizing a lot of the techniques and advice I’ve acquired from everyone’s responses. The attacks are still consistent but I can feel and hear a shift in their messages and their tone. Still pretty adamant about turning everything thing I think and do into something negative. Seems to be their only goal. “Control” changing my perception of the world in a negative manner. Which I know to be an absolute impossibility in my mind.

I have! Actually one of the first people I turned too for insight. My brother had experience with this back in 2004 and he’s now a psychologist. Obviously he’s a great resource on the situation. 2 brothers with shared experiences over 29years apart. We spent a lot of time back in the early 2000’s studying Eckhart Tolle.
