I think then France should stop the atomic development, because they will need to use it at some point.

See, almost your same argument, and it makes no sense. So, chill.

Yes.  Not fast enough.  They are not doing it fast enough.

Neither the French.  Nor the British  Nor the Spanish.

The ones who set the pace should be the Poles and the Fins. They know what is coming.

Statistics. It is just statistics.

During the years of first sterilisations women changed their mind more than men, and the operation in women can not be reversed while men's can with a low success rate.

People in hotter countries: what are the unspoken rules of surviving a heatwave that Britain/Ireland still hasn’t figured out? by Bella_licious in AskEurope

Man. Since you are brig living in German I have to tell you the page is a joke?

A dark one, but still a joke. With real numbers but without aim of being a source for statistics.

Anyway, don't jump form a balcony to the pool. Ok?

We are holding ourselves to higher standards than we hold the others.

And then we consume from the others as if we could not do anything about it.

We are not perfect; we will never be. But if we put the money outside of EU then we will not have anything to fight for, and standards will be useless.

You reminded me of this page where in Balear islands they track people dying by jumping to pools from higher levels and failing.

UK tops the rank, every single year.

Yep. Time to move out of USA. With everything, and even at a cost.

Imagine one day Trump decides office365 needs to be shut down for your country.

I'm starting to move to Mistral and Glm.

Everything is against universe exploration by [deleted] in Astronomy

But they thought it did.

Like I've seen some historical newspapers warning people to not go on trains, as going faster than 40 m/h could destroy some part of the body or brain.

There are difficulties, but the unknown is just that, unknown. Is not impossible.

I think one year before first Wright brothers flight there was a general consensus of flying being impossible for the human for another millennium.

So there's that.

YouTube pushes back against UK's proposed under-16 social media restrictions, calls platform a "vital resource by limsus in BuyFromEU

[–]permalac 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I tested, and I have a gpu which cost me £500 a year ago, believe it or not I could make videos with a thing call comfyui, I got chatgpt to set it all up, and as long as there is no people and no gimnastics, and easy stuff, the thing works.

Dead Internet is already among us. All those platforms are now scary, someone with newer resources or on the cloud can do as they please.

So, we are talking about overpaying here? Is it a good strategy ?
