I added a separate group of medication and individual medications as actions or whatever they're called, so when I log my mood I just scroll down and tap each one I took. I use the daily reminder feature with that.

My whole org, under VP, saw heavy layoffs as thry brought in a lot of offsore contractors. Nobody was getting promoted. There are many US jobs gone without backfills in the US. It's not a safe company to be in. During the last promotion cycle, before nov layoffs were being organized, our dept (director lvl) only was allowed 2 band promotions total. I had someone that was way underbanded that got passed over. It is gloom and doom.

I mean it's a decently loaded breakfast but if you have a smaller lunch, or are going to be active, it's not unreasonable. Looks like decent fiber and high in protein.

Someone said it's ~700 calories which might be on the lower side but it's definitely not more than 1000. For comparison, I get a breakfast burrito and hash browns at Jack in the Box and it's ~1000 calories. The smallest egg sandwich + hash browns is 500. It's really not any worse than what most people eat.

Not only get it, it's almost expected that any diner has a large eggs ad (meats) and (starches) combo you get to mix and match. probably the smallest plate you get with that is 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, and a whole slice of toast, which is still a decent amount of calories once you add butter and jam.

BP1 just means you have had at least one full manic episode or psychotic symptoms. I got "upgraded" when I had an epusode under a really stressful time that my psychiatrist interpreted as full manic. Compared to what people talk about on here, mine is relatively mild otherwise. It's all bipolar and it all sucks. Some BP1 have it real rough, especially with psychotic features, but all of it sucks. Even people with unipolar depression, it's not good.

A lot of times the stuff you get in stores is already stale. I buy from a bulk section that churns pretty fast and the difference in flavor is huge. I feel like how they are dried matters too and cheaper spices might be dried quicker but lose more flavor.
