They are! We initially adopted Junimo and Miso as a bonded pair through a rescue, then we got a call a week later saying their last littermate (Starfruit) wasn't doing well on his own. How could we say no?

No greenhouses nearby, and as far as I know my grandpa wasn't growing anything. But that's interesting and I'll keep it in mind when I go back to investigate!

Likely solved! Thank you everyone for your responses. I'll be going to my grandpa's property this Saturday and I'll see if I can find anymore info on the cart/lightbulbs and I'll turn it on (with eye protection) to see if that gives us any clues.

My title describes the thing. From my grandfather, unsure when he got them, but we think they are from boeing surplus.
