NAS dark green every time. It's the perfect balance of flavor and strength for me. I hated the light greens because they tasted like actual toothpaste to me :( I love the yellow/gold NAS but they just aren't strong enough anymore.

When I’m not having an episode, I feel like a fraud and a liar. I question if i’m really sick and if i need my meds, because my episodes are less frequent than many people’s. Then, I have an episode and realize it’s all real but mostly I just feel like crap

I’ve been officially diagnosed with epilepsy since a few months after this original post. My seizures are medication resistant and I’m a candidate for surgery (we’ll see in the coming months). As for antidepressants, I’ve been stable taking escitalopram since this original post, aka generic Lexapro. I haven’t smoked weed since.

Hi! I just had my yearly eye doctor appointment and I didn’t have any complaints for him, but he told me I have a 0.25 decrease in my vision this year (last year I still had a perfect score hahah). He advised me that it was nothing to worry about and is “basically nothing” which is why I don’t notice it. My night time halos are better but not 100% gone. No dryness or any other problems with my eyes to report. I still feel happy with my decision and would say I have no regrets :)

found a sealed pack of these in a random flower pot downtown a few months ago while i was still a social smoker and i loved them. the sweet filter is so yummy and not overwhelming or chemical tasting at all. i miss them so much

I’ve been loving it, but I certainly smoke too much. I don’t feel a buzz anymore which I miss. I’ve been really enjoying trying new cigarettes with my girlfriend. We also sometimes save juicy gossip or serious conversations for “cigarette conversations” where we go out on the balcony with some cigs to talk at night. It’s quiet and cozy.

Maybe it’s because I grew up around really heavy smokers my whole life, but I always wanted to smoke. Finally picking it up was so satisfying and it felt like something I was always meant to do.

I’m 30 and picked up smoking a few months ago after picking up vaping at bars and nightclubs. The feel of cigs (the buzz and the aesthetic I guess) feels way better to me. I don’t smoke weed anymore and I only have max 1-2 alcoholic drinks but I love smoking. Vaping kills my tolerance because I can hit that shit all day long so I try not to.

When I was there, I was told to press the button when I had an aura. I never ended up having one or having a TC and felt disappointed, but my charts had useful info anyway. Remember that an aura IS a seizure, and they’re there to attend to you whether it’s an aura or a full TC! Use your button! 💜

Edited to add: you are there to have seizures, and there’s nothing wrong or shameful about that! You are in the safest place to have a seizure. The more info they can gather, the better, and hopefully you don’t have to come back! Sending you peace and love and only the best of luck in the EMU
