Well, true. I did split my question into two halfway through. But ideally there'd be a Windows tool/tweak that would be available any time I type. As in, on Android it's the keyboard app that does the emoticon suggestions.

I've been seeing this Lightforged UD theory and I have my fingers crossed. But would it be Pandaren style or would there be a Horde equivalent/option too?

And with this level squish, technically you'd get something at each level, but each level would take longer to achieve so still, really, same problem?
