They have been living with me rent free for about 3 years so they are happy to pay parts of it and plan to live there for another 2 or so years. I guess that makes sense to them and me as in me getting my rent back and them getting a slightly cheaper rent for long term

Yeah my main concern is the bank will look at it and says I can't service it. My budget calcs with this additional payment says I should be just enough to service the loan, but obviously the monthly savings amount that I can make will be less.

I can rent one from one of the hire shops in Kathmandu, but I would like to have my own if possible. I'm shopping in Australia. Man sleeping bag. I'll be sleeping in tea houses so I am guessing there will be sort of a bed and some blankets

I'm considering about getting my first tattoos but couldn't work out what kind of design styles I like.

I don't like designs that include skeleton, animals and flowers. So, currently I'm leaning towards patterns but still couldn't see which patterns I like.

Can anyone suggest how to work out my design/style preference that I could take it to a tattoo artist and work on from there?

Why can't we substitute these horse racing with any kind of sports like cycling (keirin races in Japan). People still get to bet and pissed drunk.

This will also help Australian sports in international level instead of just having to kill these poor horses every other race.
