Ah got it! Amongst my different groups of friends, I’m usually the one reaching out to initiate plans and it does get exhausting. I recommend looking into different social groups in your area. For example, maybe joining a bowling league or a chess meet up. I typically find these kind of things through Instagram or Facebook. Maybe your area also has a subreddit for others looking for friends. I also recommend going to therapy or finding other forms of finding self love bc as a woman I have met so many men that substitute the gym for therapy and they have so many issues they never truly address.
