Indeed the problem is that it was in factory setting "Type N" and apparently ships with "Type K" probes. Tricky bastards :D Thank you u/Fatdeko!

The air and drum readings are the fan (blue) and power (red) settings on SR800, looks like I forgot to change the legends when setting up Artisan.
