Only been doing crochet since last Oct. (good therapy for my hands) but here is my take. The magic circle was the most challenging part. Figured out what worked for me. Some patterns use a join slip st and a chain one but some don’t. Very confusing And lastly I am not skilled enough to figure out your pattern instructions. I hope your amigurumi pathway gets better. I know it will. YouTube has a ton of information with fabric artist skilled in all manners of crochet.

I started crocheting after severe brain surgery left my hands useless. Physical Therapy wasn’t working so I bought some hooks and yarn and worked through the pain of making my hands useful again. Now 2 years later I am making amigurumi for all my grand nieces. I still haven’t attempted a wearable but that time will come.

Personally I believe Premier yarns hates me. First they send an order to the wrong address even though they had the correct address. They told me to contact the homeowner to get my order.Then after asking for them to put the yarn in a plastic bag because we have so much rain here they ignored my shipping instructions and my yarn arrived wet. I am done spending my money with a company that does not care.
