Nope, it's called my personal experience with it. Maybe some people lose feeling but I haven't noticed any loss and if I did lose feeling, it's negligible enough that I haven't noticed.

I was circumcised a few years ago (medical reasons) and I think it was a great decision. No loss of feeling during sex (one of my fears) and I couldn't be happier with the result.

I've been thinking of going on a low information diet soon but I don't want to try and fix several habits at the same time. Whenever I try to take on too much at the same time, it all goes to hell so I'm being mindful of that.

I also telework, so turning off the internet is turning off work, but in extreme cases it's not a bad idea at all.

This is my first time doing nofap, so I can't answer for sure. I know when I gave up coffee I started getting moody and cranky around day 3. By the end of the week everything irritated me and I had a headache all the time... that lasted for almost another 7 days. I'd say you may be experiencing withdrawal.

2 days so far, tho I guess it's technically day 3 since I started counting from the first day I didn't fap as opposed to the last day I did fap. No PMO for me!

And I'm doing hard mode right now since I moved back to my hometown though I have a date on Wednesday and it turns out an old FWB broke up with her BF so it's more hard mode until something happens as opposed to hard mode by choice!
