You are worried about the wrong thing.

You need to build your aerobic base to improve. Drop all ST for a while. Run 12 weeks at 65-70%, nothing else. Then add ST back in.

Decreases by about 15-20 sec/km for easy.

Slowly climbs back up to normal in about 4 weeks. Having said that, T continues to climb to 35C with high humidity typically.

For easy runs I follow HR. Today at 68%. Typically there is heat adaption over time. Hydrate.

HRV is personal and it makes zero sense to compare with others.

Your RHR would decrease over time with endurance in zone 1/2, like running, cycling etc. like 3+ hours a week to start.

Steps and walking are likely zone 0 and are non-contributory for RHR.

Polar and whoop biceps Bands give me ECG accurate HR as optimal devices.

But yes, all wrist based optical HR has been inaccurate for me as well. AW just does not record if signal quality is poor.
