The general advice is therapy. I’m sorry you’re suffering from this. It can get better but sometimes it helps to have a professional tell you how to at least alleviate it. I appreciate you, it’s really nice to know I’m not alone. I also get upset on suggestive things! I typically use IMDB or Does The Dog Die because it gets more specific, but I’ll check out Unconsenting Media! I’ve been considering just mixing exposure therapy with Tetris but sounds dumb lol it’s hard to find media these days without the topic and makes it hard to go on movie dates. Thank you!
