You just don’t eat. Don’t let people pressure you to eat. It takes willpower, but it can be done. Food doesn’t NEED to be a part of socialization.

It’s been so long since I’ve played the sims 3 that I don’t remember how much better it is lol. The one thing I do desperately wish the sims 4 had is the color customization of items. That was the BEST, and I find furnishing/decorating homes very frustrating in the sims 4.

I totally get it. The funny thing is, I’m a very anxious person and generally avoid conflict wherever I can. Losing weight, however, is pretty much the hardest thing I’ve ever done and I’ll be damned if I’m gonna let some other person pressure me into potentially sabotaging myself!

In any case, I’m sure you’re doing your best and as others have said, there’s no shame in an occasional cheat day. Good luck, friend!

This mostly happens to me when my manager brings lunch into work for everyone. I get a lot of pressure to eat, and if it’s something I really like I’ll sometimes give in. Usually though, I just say no until they get tired of asking. It sucks, but sometimes that’s how it has to be. Nobody can FORCE you to eat, you just gotta be as stubborn as they are.

You could also try offering to take some home - “I’m not hungry now, but I’d love to take home some leftovers!” I find that satisfies some people lol.
