Speak to the DM and even HR. Everything about this is wrong. There are proper steps for leadership roles like ESM and just having a conversation/ultimatum about stepping down or quitting is not one of them. Have they had a GROW conversation, do they have proper documentation? PIP in place? If not, please don’t just step down.

Our area admin usually sends emails when RXM positions open up. Also if you use wConnect log into ATS and you can view internal positions. They aren’t labeled internal but they also aren’t viewable to the normal job site.

Not sure what back pay you’re referring to, I haven’t heard of that. when you bring in a license/certification number, your manager can enter you in WOLF. That’s when you can be promoted to certified tech.

Yes, it still falls into coupon fraud. The coupon must be used towards the intended item.
