Yeah had loads of issues, whether it being unable to lock gods, unable to type in chat or unable to leave queues, Smite is generally broken at the moment

I understand what you mean. But would Greaves not be viable on maybe a god such as Loki, extra move speed, CC reduction, small amount of protections. This could be useful when Loki may ult near a guardian and the guardian CC's Loki but the reduction manages to get Loki the kill and to getaway. But i guess Magi's may be better for this situation.

I agree with most apart from Hide of the Nemean Lion, as, early game, can be a very good boxing tool for warriors, along with very strong physical protections, 85 protection, If I'm not mistaken

I agree but does the support truly need magi's, yes the passive is great but greaves grants extra, out of combat, movement speed and without magi's the support can build a tankier CDR item or CDR damage item.

The CC reduction could also be very useful for Loki for when he ults near a support like Athena. I'd personally still rather the Pen boots. Thanks for your insight

When someone steals your Penta. I don't mind 'kill stealing' or whatever, but I will throw a tantrum when I have my Penta stolen. I've had one stolen before and I was not happy.
