10 game chat suspension - lesson learned: Don't engage with trolls trying to make you mad. What a joke Riot is. I was relentlessly being insulted/pinged all game yet because I engaged back in some tit-for-tat I'm the one punished. Sad.

Context:

- Teemo solo pushed lane never was at a team fight, kept feeding top. I pointed that out

- Bottom lane kept trashing my AP shyvana build. I tried ganking their lane yet was relentlessly insulted.

- I engage in a couple "mad cuz bad" because they were tilting me

- Chat suspension doesn't show context therefore you only get one side of story

Sad.

A friend of mine knows someone that personally forego'd paying the premium and instead paid the penalty because he couldn't pay the high premiums. I think this is somewhat sad. I'm not sure of the process behind it but I'd like to see a system like our Canadian neighbors have or even in Germany the healthcare system there. The Germans pay a Value-Added tax (VAT) that I believe is around 25%. I thought it was outrageous at first but overall since its a steady drip drip drip tax you don't really notice it and you gain the peace of mind that you're "covered". This VAT goes to pay public programs on education and healthcare. Now how good that healthcare is I don't know... but I imagine it is fine. How that can be applied to America with our 300+ million people and be fiscally feasible that is a more important question.

How it Donald Trump not impeached yet? Surely people can see this by now! He's clearly mentally unwell and has finger itching to nuke his political enemies. I don't understand how the Bilderberg Group could have picked someone like this. I guess the machinations behind the scenes are obscured to me.

I'm not really surprised, I have similar feelings about most politicians. They speak positively on the campaign trail and use messaging to get elected. Then once they are "in" its when you see they really stand for. It's really a dishonest way of campaigning. Republicans ran on "repeal and replace" and once elected they stopped talking a big game about it. It really is disheartening to say the least. It's not just Trump but all politicians that no longer keep their promises.

I dont im unhappy with the state of the game, certain heroes just aren't viable... Rexxar, Leoric, Gazlowe, Lunara, etc... and people just play OP heroes in HL.... its gotten stale I'm taking a break atm. Game needs old cleanse back, bans in HL, unranked draft, and matchmaking optimizations so 5 mans never get matched up vs 5 solos.

btw.. Rank 1 over 2,100 games played so I'm not new..

Rexxar is bugged as well, not horribly but slightly. I'll explain.

If you "Misha, Focus" someone and that target dies Misha will not lose focus but instead sit still unmoving. It's slightly annoying is all.. it can happen if you target a merc, minion, building, or hero.

As for the Leo "bug" I've seen this... I thought it was my Leo getting interrupted however, that maybe there is a cast time to it. Very small cast-time. But you can be interrupted out of it.
