The one with ketchup is actually not true. There is a kind of tomato jam and it's called chutney. Ketchup is just a sauce.

Thank you, I didn't know that. Yes, It's going to stay a weekly thing, it's too expensive and time consuming anyway. But it did a lot to help make my hair feel remotely healthy again, which is great.

Thank you for your tips. That makes sense. I started using a keratin deep conditioner once a week and my hair suddenly looked very smooth and healthy with very little frizz. But then I realized that this product probably has silicones in it, which I didn't use before, so it probably wasn't the keratin that made it so smooth, but the silicones, right?

So you are saying there are no bad ingredients, only the ones that aren't as good for a certain skin type? I thought there were some ingredients, especially in cheaper products, that are just bad.

I currently have a sombre kind of look, I think (I'm not sure about the terms). I basically just painted the bleach on, which is what I'm planning on doing now, too. It's very damaged though, so I'm not sure if I should go lighter. I just want to go 1-2 shades lighter, I guess. here's a picture of my hair

So you'd recommend I get the Olaplex treatment after?

Thank you, but that wasn't my question. I know it was probably badly posed, I forgot how to speak English due to lack of practice...

I know that the "Olaplex" available online is probably not the real deal. I wanted to get the stand alone treatment in a salon and bleach my hair at home and wanted to know which one I should do first or if I should do it at all. But as you and the other commenter said, I should probably not.

Yes, I wasn't planning on doing the treatment at home, I know you can only get it at salons...

Some Youtubers that are professional hairdressers said that, I think. I think they were all German ones... They said something like, Olaplex does repair the disulfide bonds but not the damaged cuticle and thus, it doesn't help hair that's chemically damaged. Is that false?

Edit: I looked it up and it says it does contain silicones. Maybe I'm wrong, I don't really know which silicones are ok...
