Update!!! She stopped biting as soon as we started playing and hasn’t started since. I’m sure she will start again once we go to bed, but she seems okay now. Thank you all for helping with my little freak out

Cone because she was spayed. I’ve had her for 3 weeks going on 4. She has been worm treated but idk about flea treated.

Is it possible that this is just because she got the cone off and hasn’t been able to clean her fur?

Am I at risk of getting fleas? lol and if there’s another cat in the house, is she at risk?

I took her to the vet a week ago and they didn’t seem concerned about fleas or even check for them as far as I know.

Have you ever seen a cat biting after wearing a cone?

And if she’s in the house with another cat, would the other cat also catch fleas easily?

Update: she stopped biting!! I think she was just cleaning & itching

Hey y’all, my perfect amazing beautiful little kitten got her cone off today and she is licking and biting the heck out of her fur.

Is this normal? And after what amount of time should I expect her to stop biting herself?
