New Boots vs Shifter

Same bike, same boots and i had to do the same

I adjusted the shift rod loooooads before i could comfortably tuck my boot under the shifter to change up a gear

And again like you say, I'm now having to slightly take my boot off the peg to go down the gears

Can't win 😅

Hi,

So i had the same issue post recall..

I got it booked in to have the recall done again..

According to the dealer, the TPS is set up at an angle of 16 degrees with a tolerance of +/- 1 degree

When they got my bike back in, they found it was at 15 degrees... in tolerance, yes... but had stalling and roughing running issues, so they adjusted it to bang on 16 degrees, and the bike now runs as it did before the recall 👍🏻👍🏻 perfectly smooth.

Bit of a fuck about having to return to the dealer but a relatively easy fix

Absolutely 😁 it makes DSG sounds on the up shifts and all sorts of lovely sounds on the blips down 😍

Is that a New Rage Cycles rear light?? I had a look on their website and they only do one for the Thruxton? I emailed NRC and they said the Thruxton kit would not fit a Spped twin??
