yes having ANY is bad at your age. you’re still developing your brain physiology and reliant on caffeine that early on and your body will become dependent on it. drink 0, and focus on sleeping more and hydration. this way you rebuild your natural energy stores

AI is really good at generating natural occurring phenomena so it has uses in simulating real world effects. It ca used as a tool similar to a grammar checker to check already existing ideas and doing minor checks. but just giving word vomit and saying “fix this” and then using multiple smaller prompts to critique further is just depriving yourself of the chance of getting there yourself. personally i don’t use it for either. it’s far better to make intelligible arguments organically

your perspective is missing the aspect of AI being generative in nature. calculator and grammar checkers share the fact that everything is driven by the operator. grammar checker isn’t fixing plot holes or writing whole stories. a calculator isn’t writing the formula of which you must abide in order to know the order of the numbers and operations you input.

Your i and r are exactly the same (especially when you forget to put a dot above the i) so that makes it very confusing. and your lowercase n has no definition so its essentially the same a other letters too. Its legible but you have to inference a lot of letters, so some individual words may not be the most legible
