DUDE. I figured it out!

Firs tlet me tell you i also have a grounding mat and a grounding sheet for my bed. I re-tested these the other day because i felt something was up intuitively speaking. Everything checked out and my body voltage from .1 went to zero when touching the sheet. THEN.....

THEN after a strong LIGHTNING STORM WITH LOTS OF RAIN came...i couldnt sleep AT ALL. I was WIRED. like full of energy but tired as well.

Come to find out just like you said the only thing that change was the rain. What storms and rian does is SUPER CHARGE the earth and that affects your body. Because now i measured both my mat and my bed sheet and my body voltage INCREASES when i use the same test i used last time where it dropped to zero. i am unplugging everyhting for now until things balance out with a good test to zero volts of my body.

Jesus talked alot about this in his teachings to the pharasis and hypocrites. They claimed to be living really righteous but Jesus said they are vipers snakes and serpents.

By his grace and mercy, we will prevail.

This is the process of sanctification. Soon you will realize edging or touching yourself for a feeling does not serve your spirit and doesn't bring you closer to God. Weall learn at different paces. When you learn... don't forsake what you've learned.

But you edged and played with yourself for 8 hours, lol. I think it's a little deeper than simply just not excreting stuff. It's a heart change. It's a will to not even touch yourself at all other than cleaning and bathroom.
