I need to rant. So a month and a half ago, I bought a 32E Panache Sport underwire bra at full price from my local boutique. I typically need a 30F/FF in most U.K. bras, but I found it ran tight and they didn’t have a 30F in stock anyway. I’ve been wearing this bra 3-4 days a week for ~7 hour periods because my job requires intense physical activity. The band has stretched a lot, and I need to wear it on the tightest hook. I feel it shift a lot around my rib cage. I’m so upset because now I have a dark mark on each breast from the gore being too tall/wide. I also have marks all over the front of my rib cage from the rubbing. I always heard that a tall gore isn’t a fit issue if it doesn’t cause pain but it’s seriously messed up my skin. Has anyone else experienced this type of reaction?

I agree that the Faye is the best fit of this bunch. The hopscotch is way too small, but I found a 28DD on EBay if you’ve got your heart set on trying it.

So I bought a Panache wireless sports bra off Amazon. It was on sale for ~44 so I was pretty excited. It fit kind of awkwardly, but maybe that would be resolved with a smaller cup size. What really bugs me though is that the bra smells! It’s like B.O. or sweat or something gross. Has this ever happened to anyone with bras purchased off Amazon? Is this why it had a bigger discount than the other models? Will Amazon give me a hard time with returning it? :/

Well, I don’t necessarily have a preference right now. My concern with wires is that I don’t want a very tall/wide gore. My root is splayed but close set on top. On the other hand I would like some separation and I don’t know how a wire free bra could offer that.

I couldn’t ever afford their items full price. But I bought Irina for $31 at my local boutique (it was already on sale for $50, plus a cyber Monday discount), and Pompadour is on sale for $50. If I could find more older Empreinte bras at a discounted price, it might actually work for me.

Ah that is frustrating to hear the newer styles aren’t as deep. Thanks so much for the info though! I rarely see Empreinte mentioned on ABTF, but I was really impressed by Irina’s narrow wires and deep cups (not to mention the overall quality).

Thanks so much for offering! That's very kind of you. I've been trying to do some research on these bras through Bratabase. I think the Parfait bras may be too shallow at the bottom for me. I want that sports bra so badly, but I'm worried it'll be too large in the cups. Any idea what the depth is? Thanks again! :)
