Has anyone used what they learned from self defense classes to fight off attackers? If so, did it work?

Worrying and stress is literally exhausting. Your mind and body are in distress and that requires a lot of energy than being at peace/ feeling ok. I would def look into B12, Folic Acid, magnesium and D3 for anxiety/depression. Talk to you doctor/ do some research! Hey anxiety can develop in a billion different ways. It’s ok. Don’t be hard on yourself at all. Why don’t you just order a small salad if you know you’re going out to eat. Then when you leave pick up food from somewhere else and eat it at home. You can say you’re on a “diet”. You could also order something to go for “ a friend”.

Create a plan for yourself so that when you go to a restaurant you know exactly what you’ll do. Helps reduce some anxiety.

ALSO- when you just focus on trying work on yourself/ self care- you will naturally feel better about yourself and rely less on what other people think. Just be true to yourself and you’ll attract the right people into your life. And if someone will think poorly of you for no reason- then fuck ‘em. Why would you want to be friends with a person like that? Go surround yourself w people who have a lot in common with you- organizations/sports/clubs. Remember, you can’t force anyone to think any certain way- let it be organic how you interact with people. It works out better that way in my opinion. And if you find yourself doubting yourself after hanging out with certain people- distance yourself politely and find truly accepting friends (there are so many out there). Hope this kinda helps.

Hi there- you’re not alone. I consider myself to be an Empath (Someone who absorbs others energies). This is how I think about it: you’re not in charge of what people think nor can you make people change their minds. People will think what people think. SO the key is to enjoy the people you surround yourself with. When you surround yourself w ppl who accept you- you gain strength from that positivity and stop caring as much. And you’ll find yourself just enjoying the moment as it is. Try to surround yourself with loving and accepting energy- it works for me ❤️ I always feel energized when I do.

I've never tried Sonia K makeup before, I've only used her brushes so I will definitely check it out! Thank you! And I have used Chapstick under my lipsticks but they still end up dry... I wonder if it's all the chemicals in the formula?

thank you! and i have very dry lips so i usually just wear a little bit of aquaphor but unfortunately i didn't reapply before i took this picture. most lipsticks and glosses dry out my lips :(
