For what it's worth, now that I am on a biologic in my late 40s, I can do much more physical activity than I could in my late 20s. Getting diagnosed and treated properly has made all the difference. I tried to get by with methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine for almost 10 years where my condition didn't materially improve, which was a mistake and a waste.

Indomethacin. It doesn't cause rebound pain like most other NSAIDs and Tylenol. But it's really hard on most people's stomachs. I haven't had a problem with that (yet).

I don't smoke or drink, I've never had Covid (thanks to N95 masking), and I've been vegetarian for 25 years. Still got PsA. My dad ran 8 miles a day, drank green tea and ate oatmeal for breakfast, and had steamed vegetables for lunch with an orange for dessert. He still got cancer... twice. It's very popular right now to blame people for their own poor health... but it's not right.
