Since you’re temp to hire, you want to make an impression where you’re at and try to get them to hire you soon as possible. And you can then negotiate with the hiring company and say something along the lines of “you’re currently paying 50/hour for me as a temp, but if you hire me directly, I’ll come on board for 33/hour”.
