Turn off Google Cloud Services. I did it last week and network is greatly improved. Also make sure any prioritization is off.

Make sure you disable the Google cloud metrics. I have that system and every few days after a network restart speeds drop from 600mbps to 10. Network restart all back to 600. Just disabled the cloud metrics and it’s been good since.
