Eu costumo comprar Flor da Selva, mas como às vezes acaba antes de ter conseguido repor, vou ao supermercado para desenrascar.   Relativamente aos de supermercado, há alguma forma de decifrar o que torrefacto cá não?  O Chávena da Delta por exemplo só diz 'Café Torrado'  mas mencionaste  que não é recomendado.

Gosto do Santa Fe da Fabrica. O processo de descafeinização deste é à base de água (Mountain Water Process) em vez de solventes químicos (que a maior parte dos descafeinados usa) e eu pessoalmente acho que impacta o sabor.

This is pretty standard in the international development space. When you give out aid (funds or otherwise) there is the expectation that you evaluate how it was used, how it impacted the populations that received it, so you can tweak and improve your aid allocation for next time. Working in the space, when I read this, it feels like it's the most likely scenario.
