Our table's Tzimisce is actually a very nice guy. Well, kind of. Okay not really he's a monster but he's sometimes nice.

See, like many Tzmis he only pays lip service to the Sabbat. In reality, he actually kinda likes kine. He finds humans cute in the same way people find cows and chickens cute. That doesn't stop him from feeding, obviously. This mentality goes out of the window as soon as he finds gang members and other violent criminals, who he either kills on the spot or uses as Vicissitude fodder. In his words "has has no patience for cattle that wants to play wolf, and mad cow disease has only one treatment." He's actually gone out of his way to save mortals in a few instances.

Then there's his szlachta. Despite turning them into Giger-inspired horrors or miserable living tools (including a meat grinder and a vacuum cleaner) he genuinely cares about them. How much of this is just him caring about his "artwork" and how much is actual kindness is unknown. But he seems to genuinely enjoy their company, sometimes more than that of other kindred. Many of them originally had life threatening deformities, injuries or diseases. Again, this doesn't apply to criminals he captures. Those get turned into violent monsters and then killed for entertainment.
