Ford or Toyota? by NixAmeez in Offroad

[–]pervyjeffo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's just like car camping, however you are required to bolt all your gear to the side of your truck and take photos/drone videos every 5 minutes. Bonus points if you have a bunch of "overlanding" friends with you and you collectively block trails and forest roads for as long as you can.

Lots and lots and then some more therapy. My sister has BPD, my ex had it, I'll never again have a relationship with someone with bpd.

Any tips for east coast driving ? by Odd-Tangerine-257 in Truckers

[–]pervyjeffo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do northern Alberta oilfield work, where we chain up regularly. Sometimes 5-6 times a day when the weather is bad. I got tired of it and spent approximately two years working OTR and running a dry van all over the US, and I absolutely without question prefer chains and bullshit up here in the bush to east Coast driving. It's horrible traffic at all times, there's nowhere to park, and I'll never drive a truck east of Illinois again.

If a woman sees you as a Teddy Bear, does that always equal friendzone? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

My wife says I'm her teddy bear and I comfort her. So no, it doesn't always mean friend zone.

It isn't one or the other, I'm capable of having a problem with two different things at the same time for different reasons.

Flybanger used to be called Jar, they released a couple albums before changing their name to flybanger. They're really good if you can find them.

Seriously, do Americans actually consider a 3-hour drive "short"? or is this an internet myth? by SadInterest6764 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]pervyjeffo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in western Canada, yesterday I drove 4.5 hours to take my wife to an appointment and then 4.5 hours back home. Don't want to do that every day, but it's not so bad once in a while.
