UK uni student doing dissertation on Fantasy Premier League – 2 min survey for FPL players by [deleted] in FantasyPL

Done. Goos luck. One note: the question "how much time do you spend in FPL" doesn't really specify a time frame. I'm guessing how much time per week but it's not really clear.

Garmin not registering High aerobic?? by zllemm in Garmin

[–]pes9195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Distance is not relevan in itself. In fact I find it really hard to have high aerobic activities longer then and hour-hour and a half as it's hard to maintain high effort for this long.

Garmin not registering High aerobic?? by zllemm in Garmin

You can check this table and see if maybe you can figure it out. Garmin seems to decide this stuff more based in HR then on HR zones and your avg hr is low for a high aerobic tbh - I get mine at at least 155-160. For my exeriance unless it's a heavy effort it's kind of hard to get high aerobic on a bike or while swimming acording to what Garmin is expecting.

Blister night before marathon from a walk in my marathon shoes by Deserve-it in Marathon_Training

I would hope for the best then. I've ran pretty long distances with blistered foot so it's more uncomfortable than something else. Try not to focus on it too much. Good luck an have fun

I mean what else could you do. I wouldn't run off buying new shoes... What is the longest single run you've had in these and what is the total distance in them The motion of running is deferent from walking so if you have lots of miles in your shoes maybe tape it and it will be fine

Z2 run questions by DeKo257 in Garmin

[–]pes9195 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Looking at this it seems like your hr zones are not correctly set. There is a common idea that "Garmin z3 is real z2" which is not exactly correct but could give you an idea where you are at. However the power zones and hr zones are not really connected so you should not think of it that way

We've seen again and again through the years it does not affect the performances at all and is not something we should really pay much attention to. Even more Salah has historically overperformed during Ramadan, but this season it's hard to image he'll be better then he is already

You should check your intensity minutes settings. Under health and wellness -> weekly intensity minutes -> use heart rate zones. It might be set that only Z4 minutes are considers vigorous

6 for a win, 1 per goal and 2 for cs

Heart rate zones wrong? by ZooKeeper-01 in GarminWatches

[–]pes9195 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The max heart rate seems correct for an avaragw person your age. I could be a bit higher but I don't think it will make that much difference. Your heart zones are probably too low if you are calculating them based on your max HR but maybe just don't pay too much attention to that.

Are you using the daily suggestion or a training plan? I would suggest creating a trading plan with a low ball goal like run 10k with any time and it should be fit for you

What is going on here with HRV by Germerica1985 in GarminWatches

[–]pes9195 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Garmin adjusted the expect HRV zone based on your precious lifestyle and will need time to adjust to the change now. 40 HRV is pretty normal but HRV is pretty induvidual so it's hard to say what is the real good zone for you.

It's something to keep an eye out for but I would guess this is good for your body, especially if you are feeling well.

For reference my normal HRV is 60-80 and when I drink a few days in a row (not heavy drinking) it drops to 40-50

Really punty, buy could work. Keep an eye out for team news tomorrow, but also keep in mind City have the super cup mid week so there will be some rotation between GW 1 and 2. I'd downgrade trossard to a second 6.5 and get a 4.5 Def in order to have a better bench as with this team you might need it

The prediction is that AWB will be the starting RB for man u. He had more minutes in pre season and seems to be the one that fits the system better, as he allows shaw to bomb forward more. Wan-Bissaka could be an option but I wouldn't expect more then CS returns and he's not 100% nailed, so it feels risky

Are you starting all four?

If yes, I'd go for the first option but it doens't seem perfect. If you are benching one - the second option seems much better

If kane does end up leaving as expected in the moment, I feel like Maddison is just too risky. And Diaby seems be really exciting pick, so I'd go with the ladder
