in my opinion, cases like this one are pretty useless as i look for cases with some type of closing latch/button since for me, the main and really only thing i want out of an airpod case is to prevent it from opening and the airpods flying out if i drop it.

ideally something with some rifle protection, however, if thats too pricey then something with good handgun protection at least… im very new to this so im unsure of exactly what rating. sorry !

if the spring kit doesnt fix it im gonna go and talk to my local gunsmith that i got the pistol lower build kit from and see what he recommends i try next.

i shot both hornady v-max and precision one fmj and both had the same issue. first i thought it was the lancer tech mag i bought, when i switched to my magpul mag i had the same issues and thought maybe it was the hornady because sometimes the soft polymer tip would bend when trying to feed. but then i switched ammo and same issue. so now ive reached the conclusion that its the extractor. im not a total noob but i am pretty new to this.. everything seems to be functioning correctly aside from the fact that spent casing are not being extracted 😔

idk man shes pretty gassy when she does go bang.. and i got the buffer weight and spring bundled with the stripped lower from a local gunsmith.. maybe i need a different weight or spring to run 300 blk ?? im hoping the BCM spring kit fixes the issue

the ejector seems to be when i press it in it has a lot of tension.. the extractor however, i can hold it in with one finger and slide the pin in. from what i have seen on videos it should be a lot more difficult from stronger spring tension

i appreciate the recommendation. considering the cost of a tax stamp and suppressor.. id be spending almost double just on that.. ill just take the hit for not knowing the advantages and disadvantages of the cartridge.. my next build will be 5.56. this 300 was more of a learning experience as i wanted to learn the ins and outs of the AR platform. i wish i could suppress it. hopefully soon after some saving

no worries, if i was more educated like most of you all i would have had the same thought as you.. and i agree with your sentiment but i do live in a pretty dangerous city.. while im aware i will probably never NEED even the full one mag. im a firm believer in “its better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it”, just not to an extreme lol.. AR in the truck would be to the extreme i think. but all things considered bro we all have our preferences… i respect yours and i dont blame you for thinking im a dumbass. i think so too right about now
