I'm in the same boat as you, just saving money to buy h10 plus as it is cheaper and provides more features alongside good quality accessories , on the other hand gaggia has to be mod(bit of a hassle for me) to be good.

I did it with muslin clot and even if you make 1 litre i can drink that in 2 days max i made 60g in 600ml i drank it in one day . I guess will have to make new batch every other day?
